We are looking for an experienced business leader who can provide insight, strategic direction and strong execution to drive our business intelligence operations in WW Incubation Sales Excellence, someone who is stimulated by contributing to the growth of new products and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Someone who can enhance the Sales Excellence Team by driving business insight and thus increasing our sales productivity in the organization through BI, analytics and driving and enabling a solid rhythm of the business. We are looking for a leader that can represent the business and partner and engage with our Incubation sellers in the field as well as key stakeholders across WW EPG, WW SMS&P, Business Groups and subsidiaries.<BR><BR>WW Incubation Sales is a part of WW Specialist Sales in the WW EPG sales organization (Enterprise and Partner Group). Our vision is to accelerate the future of Microsoft. Our mission is to build, accelerate and mainstream emerging businesses for Microsoft. In other words, we are responsible for building the next billion dollar businesses for Microsoft - we nurture new products (from acquisitions or organic growth and R&D, and often new business models) and we run a worldwide dedicated sales team in 3 time zones (Americas, EMEA, Greater Asia) who take these products from inception or acquisition to broad field sales integration. Incubation businesses in FY13 include Bing Maps, Windows Azure, Parallel Data Warehouse (PDW), and Windows Intune and we foresee significant portfolio growth in FY14.<BR><BR>In particular, this role will be primarily focused on leading our Business Intelligence Strategy & Operations across the organization. Responsibilities are:<BR><BR>?Project Manage all BI efforts and solutions for WW Incubation Sales.<BR>?Create, continuously enhance, and maintain our modern BI Infrastructure that will used by Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.<BR>?Provide thought leadership on how to leverage Microsoft technology to deliver sales productivity to the Incubation sales force.<BR>?Coordinate the Worldwide Incubation Sales forecasting process through our Global Incubation Forecasting Tool and driving the monthly forecast loc </font></td>
