This individual will work hand-in-hand with senior Managed Partner leadership to define our execution model, drive role clarity in field execution, and enable landing of key programs and initiatives in the field.<BR><BR>Success is measured by:<BR>Meeting or exceeding US SMS&P standards for specific programmatic initiatives determined as a priority by the Partner and Corporate Accounts Executive sponsors, Operating Model VP, Managed Partner leadership, and Sales Excellence leadership, identifying and measuring progress against World Class Selling standards, enabling and increasing field productivity through effective cross group collaboration/best practice sharing and operational excellence.<BR><BR>How does the Sales Excellence Program Manager role add value?<BR>The Sales Excellence Program Manager role adds value by driving specific programmatic initiatives most relevant to the business; examples of programmatic initiatives may include, but are not limited to:<BR><BR>Functions as subject matter expert to represent the Managed Partner community, their role, and impact within Microsoft''s Partner ecosystem.<BR>Facilitate and execute key initiatives against community and operating model priorities. Ensure role clarity aligned to execution models.<BR>Drive key Leadership Team and Community rhythms; including support Monthly Business Review and Mid-Year Review processes.<BR>Support fiscal year role planning including Fast Start role deliverables for Managed Partner roles including: Job Description, Commitments, Compensation Planning, and Readiness requirements (ex: Anchor Course trainings).<BR>Land World Class Selling for PAMs (WCS-P) capabilities and behaviours, with focus on WCS-P skills as it relates to building business planning, sales management, and partner business development capabilities.<BR>Partner with Sales Excellence Business Analysts & Systems/Tools to drive operational excellence via process standardization and tools utilization, including the Managed Partner List (MPL), GSX/PSX discipline, partner pipeline management, program adoption (ex: SIP, CA Sell Fee), and reporting (ex: pipeline management).<BR>Be proactive with WW, other segments, subsidiaries and operating models to identify best practices, and look to replicate/operationalize to drive scale and growth in the US Managed Partner business.<BR><BR>Competencies & Skills Desired:<BR>Confidence in presenting and managing senior level executive relationships (VP/GM)<BR>Partner sales experience & strong sales acumen; drive for results attitude<BR>Ability to impact & i                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               </font></td>
