<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Overview and Primary Purpose:<BR>The Sales Operations Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing business and process requirements for the sales organization, and acting as the liaison in translating requirements into technical tools and applications. Perform reporting activities and analysis; support data quality requirements in new and legacy applications.<BR><BR>Duties and Responsibilities:<BR>• Develop and maintain systems tools, documentation and procedures that facilitate sales operations and assist in integrating these into business processes. <BR>• Design, develop, validate and implement reports to facilitate and support business analysis.<BR>• Delivers ad-hoc reporting solutions when required.<BR>• Identify improvements or revisions to existing processes to handle changes in business requirements and develop documentation of business case.<BR>• Support CRM application as it relates to Sales and Marketing processes and workflow. <BR>• Assess selling processes and apply suitable solutions to business needs.<BR>• Evaluate and recommend 3rd party applications and programs to support Sales and Marketing business needs and requirements as they relate to CRM<BR>• Work within system sandbox environments to test, evaluate, and measure new process and workflow as it related to CRM and User’s roles and responsibilities.<BR>• Assess and document potential gaps between requirements and existing business model.<BR>• Document and/or review system and tools User’s requirements<BR>• Provide CRM (and related programs & applications) technical guidance to other team members<BR>• Responsible for acting as a liaison between Univar business groups and BIS to ensure applications suit the new or existing business processes. <BR>• Uses common business analysis tools and methodologies and must be able to apply them as needed to solve problems. <BR>• Facilitates the process of gathering and documenting project requirements <BR>• Responsible for creating systems test plans and/or performing systems testing<BR>• Cooperate with functions in sales, product management and marketing communications extract requested data and generate appropriate reports and dashboards<BR>• Assist in resolving issues as they relate to associated business processes <BR>• Support BIS efforts of CRM enhancements and configurations that directly related in ERP integration<BR>• Attend CRM and related program/application meetings and training<BR>• Review usage of CRM and related tools for correct use<BR><BR>Requirements and Qualifications: <BR>• Must be able to quickly grasp complex business processes<BR>• Demonstrated experience with business processes including user acceptance and training<BR>• Excellent communication and facilitation skills<BR>• Excellent presentation skills<BR>• Excellent analysis skills<BR>• Ability to effectively analyze the root cause of a problem<BR>• 3-5 years of managing programs/application experience<BR>• MBA candidates preferred and/or relevant work experience in Sales Process Support role <BR>• Ability to develop and maintain consensus across diverse and potentially conflicting stakeholder groups<BR>• Ability to lead corporate change initiatives<BR>• Build and maintain strong partnerships with business clients<BR>• Ability to problem solve and resolve issues <BR>• Application & systems experience (examples: Sales Force.com, SharePoint, business specific applications)<BR>• Must be able to communicate both up and down in the organization to keep all parties informed and knowledgeable on the problem as well as the proposed solution<BR>• Must be able to communicate technology requirements to developers and end-users <BR>• Must have the ability to analyze current business processes and build current process model diagrams and make recommendations on changes to improve process<BR>• Must be able to perform training for small groups of end-users</font></td>
