We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to help build the network that powers the world''s largest online services.<BR><BR>The mission of the Online Services Security & Compliance Security Incident Management (SIM) team is to quickly and accurately identify, assess and mitigate computer security incidents and events involving Microsoft''s Online Services. The SIM A&P team provides a proactive focused, service oriented approach to attack and penetration testing. We are looking for candidates with strong penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and general organization, analytical and proven problem solving skills with experience penetration testing in large scale server deployments and online services.<BR><BR>Roles & Responsibilities<BR>This role facilitates activity specific to attack and penetration testing in support of compliance and enhanced security posture including exploit engineering, vulnerability analysis, reconnaissance and mapping, and vendor coordination.<BR><BR>Skills & Qualifications<BR>- 5+ years of security testing experience<BR>- 1+ year of attack and penetration testing in corporate environment<BR>- Clear evidence of security testing methodology (OSSTMM).<BR>- Deliver comprehensive, well scoped pen test reports for target services.<BR>- Strong understanding of vulnerabilities across multiple operating systems and devices with special attention to the exploitation of those vulnerabilities.<BR>- Previous experience with Web development technologies (ASP.NET, JavaScript, PHP).<BR>- Deep understanding of Web Services preferably with a development background.<BR>- Strong emphasis on WCF services.<BR>- Experience with one or more of the following: (XML, WSDL, SOAP)<BR>- Comfortable with standard assessment tools and frameworks (Burp, Fiddler, Metasploit, etc.)<BR><BR>Experience Required<BR>Exploit engineering and development<BR>Vulnerability analysis<BR>Reconnaissance and mapping<BR>Vulnerability discovery<BR>Vendor coordination and leadership<BR><BR>Candidates must be able to meet customer security screening requirements as indicated for this role. Customer screening requirements may include additional items such as, but not limited to: specialized agency background checks (either national or local) and fingerprinting.
