And, we''re growing!<BR><BR>The Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Information and Services (MSCIS) organization within Microsoft''s Interactive Entertainment Business division has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Principle Security Architect to lead risk management efforts across all of MSCIS.<BR><BR>The person best suited to this role understands how to get things done at Microsoft through influence and collaboration and is adept at working within agile solution delivery models. She or he understands and can contribute to the development of complex strategies and has a broad business background that adds strategic value to the role. This position requires an individual who is excited to be part of a team implementing rapid changes related to emerging business strategies and employing information technology to meet business goals. Candidates must be prepared to succeed against aggressive goals with minimum supervision, be comfortable working with internal and external partners and virtual / offshore teams, and must have a process-focused aptitude to manage a variety of responsibilities and deliverables.<BR><BR>Roles/Responsibilities<BR>The successful candidate will be responsible for security and risk management programs in our internal and external facing IT environments.Responsibilities include:<BR>Ensure compliance with internal standards and policies, government regulations, and certification requirements<BR>Lead the execution of the Microsoft Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) division wide<BR>Measure performance and represent risk mitigation strategies to leadership team<BR>Drive security and risk management into the software development planning and business planning process<BR>Identify and address security related technical, process, and tool gaps<BR>Provide security architecture and design consultation to project and engineering teams<BR>Partner with MSCIS Service Operations and IEB Security to develop and oversee execution of the MSCIS incident response program<BR>Drive relevant security-related culture, features and posture across MSCIS engineering and operations teams<BR>Conduct business service and application risk assessments and provide design recommendations to achieve minimal risk at optimized costs.<BR>Team with peer engineering and support teams to ensure business continuity management compliance<BR>Define and implement security monitori </font></td>
