We are looking for a passionate, high energy individual to help build the network that powers the world''s largest online services.<BR><BR>The Microsoft GFS Security Governance and Architecture team is looking for a highly passionate and talented individual to help design and drive the solutions to identify gaps and security issues. This team manages a coordinated governance program that tactically and strategically addresses risks and exposures through controls and architecture. We help ensure that teams have the right, risk-based information needed for improving the operational and infrastructure security of the online services that Microsoft deploys to datacenters and the cloud.<BR><BR>Roles & Responsibilities<BR>As a Control and Process Improvement program manager, you will develop processes to ensure that both the strategic and tactical requirements are considered by online services teams when developing solutions to security risks, exposures, and other issues across the GFS infrastructure. In this role, you will work with control performers and owners across GFS to ensure that stakeholder needs are met while reducing identified security risk. You will also coordinate with security engineers, operations teams, and other project & program managers to help plan an approach for engaging these issues and track them to resolution.<BR><BR>Skills & Qualifications<BR>Capability to manage large complex projects Proficiency with project management frameworks (e.g., PMI) Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements and frameworks relating to IT Security Ability to distill and communicate solutions based on disparate business requirements Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization Ability to promote a collaborative environment and bring a positive attitude to difficult situations Ability to triage work and balance short term wins with long term solutions Outstanding written and oral communication skills A BS/MS in Information Systems Management or a related field is preferred and certifications such as CISSP, CISM/CISA, or PMP are considered a plus.<BR><BR>Experience Required<BR>Proven project management experience in the Information Security industry Demonstrated experience working with complex compliance frameworks Experience relating data structures and associated objects Demonstrated capabilities to collaborate across complex organizational hierarchies Experience successfully navigating and providing solutions across a diverse set of business structures a </font></td>
