We are a small, dynamic team offering a challenging, unconventional work environment with plenty of room for growth. We are hardworking, but careful to allow for the right work-life balance. Currently, we are looking for an experienced, results-oriented Senior Program Manager that will focus on security tooling investments across the online services (cloud) and operations space. An ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving for results; working across team boundaries to resolve issues and focusing on meeting the needs of customers. This PM must be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a demonstrated ability to ramp quickly on end-to-end scenarios and technologies.<BR>Role responsibilities and contributions:<BR><BR>Core responsibilities include end-to-end management of tooling features necessary to support security policy and process being established for the space we refer to as Operational Security Assurance (OSA). This will provide you with the opportunity to contribute to a v1 security initiative from conception onward while leveraging knowledge from existing Security Development Lifecycle (SDL) policy and processes.<BR><BR>More detailed responsibilities are:<BR>?Developing web property crawling functionality (depth and breadth) that is stateful allowing us to accurately identify scan-to-scan deltas and intelligently load-balance scans (across servers, processes, or the cloud). This will include collaboration other teams making investments in this space (including MSR) to create the robust, scalable solution that we require.<BR>?Providing scanning of properties that are distributed, have complex access schemes, or other emerging (non-standard) deployment methodologies.<BR>?Integrating the results of these scans into OSA and product group infrastructures to facilitate issue tracking and resolution, and provide comprehensive visibility to TwC and the product groups themselves.<BR>?Research, planning and execution for processes and tooling in support of security policies. Management and communication of tactical plans and roadmaps for all areas of ownership.<BR>?Expanding existing relationships with stakeholders in TwC and the business groups who deliver software and solutions to Microsoft customers.<BR>?Gathering requirements, writing specifications and workin </font></td>
