<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Job Category:Operations<BR>Location:Redmond, WA, US<BR>Job ID:814821-96282<BR>Division:Online Services Division<BR><BR><BR>Microsoft Online Services Security and Compliance (OSSC) is looking for a motivated individual to support and drive all physical security systems project implementation, testing, commissioning, and acceptance for our worldwide critical infrastructure including data centers, leased collocations, and other types of facilities. The Security Project Manager works closely with the Security Consulting Manager and other internal teams as well as provides direction to a dedicated vendor team in such areas as security system scope development, project management, implementation, testing, and commissioning. This position is also responsible for working directly with numerous external security vendors as well as other vendor organizations including architects, engineers, and construction / project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services.<BR><BR>The Security Project Manager reports to the OSSC Physical Security Consulting Manager and must be an experienced leader and a team player with strong communication and collaboration skills and the ability to effectively manage a demanding workload in the execution of multiple concurrent projects across geographic and organizational boundaries.<BR><BR>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS<BR>?Responsible for the design, coordination, installation, upgrade and conversion or servicing of alarm systems, access control, video surveillance, radio systems, and all other types of physical security equipment.<BR>?Oversee projects to ensure they are delivered in accordance with established requirements and deadlines and within budget.<BR>?Lead a team of vendor Security Consultants/Project Managers to manage project design, delivery, testing, and commissioning during that phase of their work while maintaining currency with industry best practices and state of the art guidelines utilized by the Physical Security program.<BR>?Direct external relationships to ensure the viability of physical security systems, legacy and new, with the goal of minimal business disruptions as a result of failed or improperly configured or installed systems.<BR>?Contribute to the management and maintenance of security related processes, procedures, training, and improvement plans.<BR>?Collaborate across groups such as Data Center Operations, Data Center Development, Data Center Engineering, Security Operations, Global Security, and other Security Consulting groups to overcome challenges and deliver results.<BR>?Participate in OSSC Physical Security budgeting process as well as contribute to others budgeting process for physical security system needs in other groups.<BR><BR>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY<BR>Education/Experience:<BR>?4+ years of site / construction management experience in the field.<BR>?3+ years of experience in managing the deployment of physical security systems.<BR>?Actual experience in the design or installation of security systems in data centers or other critical infrastruc </font></td>
