Terex offers a complete line of financial products and services to assist in the acquisition of Terex equipment through Terex Financial Services. Responsibilities: • Applies Sarbanes - Oxley concepts as value added to AWP • Maintain records of financial transactions associated with the Company''s business • Assists in the maintenance of the general ledger and financial information systems • Maintains the Company''s budgeting system • Performs reconciliation, consolidation, reporting, and analysis of the general ledger financial information • Assists peers in the Company''s month end close procedures • Review and prepares accurate and timely financial and statistical reporting • Develops and implements accounting controls. Documents accounting procedures. Ensures that accounting controls are applied to balance sheets, income statements, contra accounts, and special accounts according to generally accepted accounting principles, complying with Sarbanes-Oxley reporting requirements • Assists with the external audit • Other special projects as may be required Qualifications: • Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA, CMA or MBA a plus. • Sarbanes - Oxley concept experience in auditing and developing internal controls • Previous hands-on accounting experience (Minimum of 3 years exp., but 5 years is preferred), preferably in a manufacturing environment. • Preferred experience in an accounting environment, including the application of US generally accepted accounting principles and consolidations • Strong computer skills with MS Office, plus Financial accounting systems experience, including database and proficient Excel skills preferred. Visio experience is a plus. • Excellent organizational skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Preferred experience with international subsidiaries and currency accounting. Previous public accounting experience is a plus. • Strong initiative and problem solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written • Strong orientation towards quality, safety and continuous improvement • Ability to work with external Auditors and other cross-functional teams Apply for this job: Your application choices are: * Apply </td>
