The division is responsible for delivering Microsoft''s online infrastructure services including data centers, networking, bandwidth, security, business operations and incident management. GFS supports over 200 online services including Bing, Hotmail, xBox Live, Office 365 and Windows Azure. Our infrastructure services comprise of servers, data centers and a network spread globally and applications that reach hundreds of millions of users every day! GFS infrastructure plays a central role in the future of MSFT''s Cloud strategy!<BR>As Senior Business Analyst Manager for GFS-Finance Business Group Controllership (BGC) you will be is responsible for building strong relationships with GFS business leaders, the Business Groups'' finance stakeholders and becoming a trusted leader to business groups GFS supports for across online operations. He/she will be an active member of the BCG team, providing input on future direction of the online operations cost model and the financial structure. Success in this position will require financial & cost leadership, experience in standard costing methodologies or pricing methodologies, strong business partnering and driving influence, leading virtual teams, and a keen understanding of how apply strong business and financial analytics to drive value in online operations across the company.<BR>Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:<BR><BR>Utilize your strong relationship management skills, including communications, awareness, engagement and emotional intelligence, to build strong relationships with GFS business leaders and Business Groups finance stakeholders; becoming a trusted business leader to drive cost effective behavior and influence business decision making, while providing insight to GFS leadership on key business drivers that impact how our business partners consume GFS services today and in the future.<BR>Educate business partners on the GFS Online Operations cost model, cost drivers, reporting, Rhythm of Business, and general process.<BR>Adopt the role of ambassador or engagement lead for business group finance partners, navigating GFS and representing their needs to GFS Demand Planning and Cost Model Operations, and Service Operations teams.<BR>Partner with the Business Groups during the annual and quarterly planning cycles by participating in the planning proces                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                        </font></td>
