If so you may be ready to join our Customer Advocacy and Technology Management (CATM) team as a Senior CATM Specialist.<BR><BR>As a Senior CATM Specialist, your primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: persuading our largest enterprise customers'' business and technical decision makers of the superior business value and technical capabilities of our products and our long-term vision and strategy. You''ll present to customers at the $100 million Executive Briefing Center on Microsoft''s main corporate campus in Redmond, Washington. As a Senior CATM Specialist, you will also travel to assist local Microsoft account teams in closing large enterprise licensing deals in competitive sales situations. You''ll build a record of accomplishment that includes building stronger enterprise customer relationships and securing the adoption of Microsoft technology worth millions of dollars per year in revenue.<BR><BR>The CATM organization has four key priorities, including:<BR><BR>1) Competitive sales escalations & customer briefings<BR>2) Field & partner education & outreach<BR>3) Business group engagement<BR>4) Competitive sales strategy<BR><BR>Competitive selling strategy and execution will involve working very closely with senior leaders in the BGs, Business Architecture and the field to help shape our Application Platform competitive sales strategy and drive increased effectiveness in competitive engagements worldwide.<BR><BR>CATM enjoys one of the most visible positions at Microsoft and is highly sought after by Microsoft account teams for their advice in tough competitive situations. As a subject matter expert on Microsoft''s Application Platform, you will also play an important role in providing feedback to the business groups to help drive competitive strategy and impact our marketing and field sales execution strategies. You will also actively support the worldwide field specialist community that focuses on Application Platform compete.<BR><BR>To be successful in this exciting and demanding role you must possess excellent presentation skills as well as in-depth technical and business value knowledge of both Microsoft and competitor''s technologies. Candidates should possess an excellent understanding of SQL Server, BizTalk, and Azure - ideally with deep competitive insight into both the Oracle and Microsoft application platform. Successful candidates have great communication and consultative/solution selling skills, exhibit outstanding collaboration skills, are sincerely customer focused, and deal well with ambiguity.
