Our operations play a strategic role in the future of MSFT''s Cloud strategy!<BR><BR>This is a great opportunity to be a key member of the GFS-Finance team and help drive the future success of Microsoft''s online services and online operations COGS Management. Today, the GFS Finance team supports over 200 Microsoft online services representing over $1 billion in Online Operations COGS and $500 Million in capital spending.<BR><BR>The GFS Finance team is seeking a highly analytical senior finance manager to join the team, with strong controllership skills and experience in financial operational analysis, business insight, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.<BR><BR>Job Description:<BR>As a member of the GFS Finance team, he/she will provide end-to-end financial analysis, controllership support and business partnership to the Data Center Services (DCS) team, which include the development of key performance indicators, as well as create and drive efficient financial processes. This provides a great opportunity to gain broad visibility to the operational and business side of Microsoft''s strategic shift to software + services.<BR><BR>Responsibilities include P&L management of Data Center Operations for leased and owned facilities around the world. Focus will be primarily on monthly close, forecasts and annual planning of Microsoft''s data centers.<BR>Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:<BR>P&L management of the data center operations across Microsoft''s global portfolio, including cost management of power, rent, depreciation, taxes and people costs.<BR>Provide insight into data center capital costs to fit out and retro-fit locations based on internal business group requests.<BR>Monitoring and reporting of monthly metrics to measure data center efficiency.<BR>Partner with the Data Center operations team to deliver best-in-class end-to-end financial support & business insight<BR>Providing feedback and insight into the financial impact to MS of proposed and new data centers placed in production.<BR>Contribute to high quality business management cycles, including planning, budgeting, and forecasting along with related coordination and communication (BPR, MYR, QBR, LRP).<BR>Provide input into                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
