This role has a significant business partnership component and requires that the person excel in Controllership, FP&A, and management of the Finance ROB.<BR>In addition, you will be working closely with the CCRD leadership to drive business insight and decision support on key corporate initiatives. Establishing strategic business partnerships, identifying financial support needs, establishing SLAs and executing.<BR>Coaching and mentoring the management teams on the health of their business, trends, and best practices. In particular, develop/define key business metrics and drive robust analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats while evaluate possible alternatives and recommend appropriate actions.<BR>Providing input into and/or implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure that strong controls are in place and being followed within the business. In particular, acting in an advisory capacity to business partners on appropriate accounting treatment for expenses and ensuring compliance with MAP & GAAP.<BR>Supporting the CCRD teams on recurring and/or ad hoc projects and key business initiatives to enable effective decision making.<BR>Driving the Finance ROB for assigned business groups while playing a key role in driving the execution of business integration efforts across several of the Corporate Finance functions.<BR>Requirements / Qualifications:<BR>BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related degree; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
