Our group is a dynamic, hard-working, fast-paced, fulfilling place to do your best work.<BR><BR>The Corp Center and R&D (CCRD) Finance team is looking for a dynamic, proactive Sr. Finance Manager who excels at developing business partnerships and driving results. The CCRD Finance team is responsible for providing primary finance support for Advanced Strategies & Research (ASR), HR, Finance, Executive, and Legal & Corporate Affairs (LCA) and oversees over $4B in spending including cost pools.<BR><BR>This role is responsible for providing business excellence finance support for the ASR, LCA, HR, Finance, and Executive organizations and will serve as an integral member of the Controller Team for CCRD Finance. We are looking for a passionate, energetic individual with excellent accounting skills and business savvy to manage the ROB for these organizations.<BR><BR>Job Responsibilities:<BR>Driving the CCRD Finance ROB<BR>Drive key processes such as Forecast, Planning, Budget Restatements and Hierarchy Changes<BR>Manage ROB communications across CCRD Finance and work closely with CFP&A to coordinate timelines and deliverables<BR>Manage the month-end close process including report preparation and distribution, facilitating the month-end close meeting, and communicating results to CFP&A and management<BR>Manage the Target setting process across all CCRD Orgs and drive the cascade process within ASR to land targets at the various levels of the organization<BR>Prepare CFO Review Reports and work with the CFO to prepare the final CFO Review deck<BR>Work closely with CFP&A as a subject matter expert for CCRD Finance<BR><BR>Leadership and Collaboration<BR>Lead virtual teams to improve and optimize CCRD processes, reporting, and insight<BR>Provide various Ad Hoc analyses in support of the CCRD CFO<BR>Manage the vendor engagement for the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program across all CCRD orgs<BR>Work closely with the CCRD Finance Leadership Team to manage the ROB and drive efficiencies though the system<BR><BR><BR>Experience Required:<BR>BA Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA/CMA or MBA preferred<BR>7-10 years of work experience in accounting or finance<BR>Demonstrated understanding of relevant accounting rules<BR>Experience in forecasting, reporting and variance analysis<BR>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with all levels within an organization<BR>Strong customer service and business partnering skills<BR>Proven ability to establish trust quickly and create win-win situations<BR>Passion for technology and the use of technology to improve business processes and insight<BR>Self-motivated, passionate about deliverables, detail oriented, capable of developing partnerships and driving results in a dynamic environment<BR>Excellent communication, organization and strong problem </font></td>
