We are currently building the next generation and Surface needs you!<BR><BR>Role & Opportunity:<BR>We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to develop our security program in conjunction with our products and services. The successful candidate will lead end to end security policy initiatives to help protect the business against a variety of threats.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>Develop and implement a security program, including security policies, processes, and procedures to support confidentiality of business resources and assets.<BR><BR>Collaborate with and develop effective cross-group relationships for information sharing, resource security incidents, identify vulnerabilities, exposures, and threats, and recommend mitigation actions.<BR><BR>Provide guidance and assistance regarding security matters such as the interpretation of security policies and requirements or their applicability to particular situations.<BR><BR>Coordinate and align the development and implementation of information and physical security policies, processes and procedures with company-wide security efforts.<BR><BR>Write detailed functional or requirement specifications that enable engineering to execute.<BR><BR>Drive execution and delivery using common tools while aligning to program priorities.<BR>Anticipate risks; assess, mitigate, and manage accordingly.<BR>Organize and present program reviews/status to engineering, business, and senior management.<BR>Domestic and international travel required.<BR><BR>Required skills:<BR>5+ years of relevant professional security experience.<BR>Credentials that establish you as a leader in corporate security and in confidentiality.<BR><BR>Four years of college is preferable; however a combination of college, specialized training, and security experience is acceptable.
