We are looking for a seasoned expert to help drive the architectural vision for high volume incentives calculation engines, inclusive of enforcing finance industry best practices, gathering stakeholder requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications, and validating data outputs used to produce payment instructions in our SAP systems.<BR><BR>Successful candidates will have deep domain knowledge in enterprise financial systems, a broad range of business and technical skills, and strong project management experience and leadership skills.<BR><BR>Roles & Responsibilities:<BR>?Oversee technical development of high volume incentives calculation engines, with particular emphasis on data integrity, reconciliation and end-to-end audit functionality<BR>?Actively manage program roadmaps and deliverables from concept to completion in close collaboration with internal and external technology service providers<BR>?Act as subject matter expert with business stakeholders on internal data, technical processes and solution approaches<BR>?Provide leadership on translating complex business requirements into functional designs and technical solution architectures for applications, data and related processes<BR>?Manage and coordinate cross-functional activities across resources to ensure accountability, high performance and consistency across the entire portfolio<BR>?Act as mentor and integral part of the development and support team to ensure a cohesive development environment<BR>?Work closely with extended teams to support senior leadership goals, drive innovation and execution of best-practices, promote transparency and continuous process improvements<BR><BR>Skills & Knowledge Requirements:<BR>Basic:<BR>?Minimum of 7+ years experience in Finance IT Solution Management<BR>?Minimum of 7+ years working with complex data/infrastructure environments, integration across multiple data and application platforms or reporting systems specific to Finance IT (eg.
