Microsoft Studio Online Services Service Operations team, which is part of Microsoft Studios, is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to contribute on deploying and sustaining our online gaming and entertainment services for Microsoft Studios.<BR><BR>We are seeking a candidate that thrives on a challenge and can maintain composure while solving mission critical issues. Microsoft Studio Online Services provides the opportunity to experience and manage the industries latest and most exciting online gaming and entertainment technology. Candidates must work well both independently and within a team, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills all while experiencing the satisfaction of managing multiple online services.<BR><BR>This position will contribute directly in establishing (Microsoft Studio Online Services) as an industry-leading service provider. You will influence critical application design, implementation decisions for large scale international services, and evolve the performance and availability of the data tier for these services. This role works closely and consults with the product development and test teams, during both pre-release and post-launch product cycles to improve operational supportability of released products. You will provide technical support for the implementation, integration, and evolution of complex data system architectures as well as consult in the design of systems architecture, support and monitoring strategies, implementation and server management.
