The Games Test Organization is looking for person to lead a team of FTE''s who build, manage, and repurpose multiple teams filled with contingent staff resources. This is NOT a traditional Test Lead position. This is a great hybrid position for someone currently in the test discipline looking to expand your Program/Project management skills. Or a PM who wants to lead a large test team, working closely with other Test Leads and Test Managers in the Gaming organization. Candidates with knowledge of the software development lifecycle, games, particularly strong understanding of test principle and methodologies, highly desired.<BR><BR>You would work to support the Test Leadership Team in a centralized test organization. These Test Leads you would be supporting, manage teams that are responsible for heading up the effort to ensure that we ship high quality games to the consumer. Your team will receive the test requests from the supported teams, gather the requirements, and assign the test assignments that will be executed across numerous platforms. This role will put you in charge of a multi-million dollar budget. It requires a substantial amount of resource management, process management, budgeting knowledge, cross-group collaboration and planning to ensure quality and proper coordination of efforts across numerous titles and platforms.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR>- Manage overall workload of direct report FTEs as they build solid CS teams and support project teams<BR>- Work with staffing agencies to improve candidate submissions and practices for CS teams<BR>- Drive accountability for test project results<BR>- Coordinate and stay in sync with FTE Test Leads and Test Managers to ensure proper product support<BR>- Use existing processes, create and evangelize new processes<BR>- Responsibly manage the usage of multi-million dollar budget dedicated to testing resources<BR>- Efficiently manage testing use of large space, encompassing two separate labs capable of housing 200+ individuals<BR>- Oversee lab support personnel and effective usage of large lab equipment budget<BR>- Develop test advancement initiatives for group-wide adoption<BR>- Drive lab security efforts and improvements<BR><BR>Experience:<BR>This is NOT a traditional Test Lead" position, it is a hybrid position.
