This position will be heavily focused on working with a team of Services Sales Executives to pursue, develop and close consulting services business, predominantly focused on our Productivity solutions. The position specifically requires the candidate to have experience pursuing large complex services projects within the commercial enterprise customer segment.<BR><BR>Given the focus of this position, the candidate must have experience having worked as an overlay" seller in complex matrix-style selling environment where the Services Executive has the overall responsibility for the customer relationship and the responsibility of prospecting. Once prospected and/or qualified, the SSSP then leads the large pursuit as the primary seller, focusing on deal strategy and win theme, proposal structure, and assembling the winning team for the pursuit. The SSSP must work well with the Services Executive that coordinates with the end customer but still have the experience and ability to drive deals independently if required. The SSSP allows the Services Executive to scale to cover a broader set of opportunities and smaller pursuits.<BR><BR>The Productivity Solutions SSSP is responsible for positioning, crafting and selling specific Productivity Services solutions and/or offerings into targeted Microsoft customer accounts. These solutions can include Sharepoint migrations, Lync migrations and Portal and BI solutions. The Productivity Solutions SSSP adds value to Microsoft by concentrating on large and complex opportunities, with the emphasis on increasing Microsoft''s importance within these accounts.<BR><BR>Key responsibilities of the Productivity Solutions SSSP are:<BR><BR>- Responsible for landing large Productivity Solution contracts to help accelerate services revenue.<BR>- Advises customer decision makers on how to best realize the value of the Microsoft application platform investments through innovation, implementation and productive use.<BR>- Responsible for landing Solutions to the field sellers and selling these solutions.<BR>- Own the sales and strategy of Productivity solutions for the Central Region<BR>- Establish a selling relationship and community for the Central Region Productivity Solutions Technical Unit (STU)<BR><BR>Day-to-Day:<BR><BR>- Work with existing SE''s and SSP''s to identify opportunities<BR>- Meet with C" level customers in the enterprise commercial segment.<BR>- Influence relevant enterprise sales and marketing initiatives and lead Services-specific marketing initiatives;<BR>- Deliver offering and sales/marketing feedback to US Services HQ.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>- University or bachelors'' degree or equivalent is preferred<BR>- 15 years of exp                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          </font></td>
