This senior leadership position is responsible developing a solutions selling model for Corporate Accounts. In addition this role is accountable for alignment with the MBS BG as well as creating field strategy, and execution plans to drive our overall Dynamics business and increase market share. The role blends strategy and execution and involves working with the leaders of our business in both sales & marketing.<BR><BR>Key activities include:<BR><BR>- Create a strategy and plan for transitioning Corporate Accounts from a licensing led sales motion to one where value based selling and the selling of solutions is a key driver to our revenue and growth. Plan to include strategies for reaching and being relevant to line of business executives including finance, marketing, HR, sales, advertising, operations, etc<BR>- Work with marketing and sales excellence to broaden customer contacts and account profile information to drive a solutions led business<BR>- Field Strategy and alignment with MBS and subsidiaries on sales execution and strategy for selling CRM and ERP offerings<BR>- Integration and alignment of field sales and partner teams across SMS&P and Dynamics<BR>- Ownership in CA for Dynamics VTB scorecard metric and Dynamic Billed Revenue<BR>- Be a senior leader and effectively present to top-level Corp/SMSG executives as a key spokesperson for our business<BR>- Create a solutions selling strategy that includes sales plays and associated field guidance that maximizes revenue. The strategy includes alignment with teams in the BG, EPG and subsidiaries on strategy and execution for CRM and ERP solutions<BR>- Work with field teams to ensure smooth marketing - sales - partner execution across CRM and ERP workloads<BR>- Build mindshare and ensure Corp Accounts strategies are effectively incorporated into key enterprise deliverables and executive reviews; L1 synchs, WWSMM memos and landing decks, enterprise playbooks, etc<BR>- Ensure specialist resources effectively scaling for SMS&P<BR>- Influence the BG resources to provide content, resources, offers and funding to drive scale, growth and market share in Corporate Accounts<BR>- Build awareness of Corp Accounts business model, strategies and growth opportunities within BG<BR>- Coordinate across teams to create clear field/role guidance to ensure scale and effective field landing<BR>- Bias towards simplicity and clarity for field consumption<BR><BR>This position requires:<BR><BR>- Proven sales results through value based selling<BR>- Awareness and understanding of key customer business issues and scenarios to ensure the creation of the strategy to sell solutions is compelling and relevant to LOB executives<BR>- An exceptional and proven ability to work cross-organizational teams on complex issues<BR>- A deep understanding of the                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
