<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Our fortune 500 client in Redmond, Washington is looking for a Support Analyst <BR>L3 analysts will handle issues escalated from L2. These will primarily be very complex issues that are new and/or have not had root cause analysis done previously and issues caused by application bugs. L3 is responsible for documenting solutions as they are found and also for logging bugs and following up with the dev team to provide any needed information. Only about 10% of the issues should get to L3. L3 will primarily do problem management, but will also spend lesser amounts of time on incident management, change management, release management, and capacity management. They will manage the environment overall and be responsible to proactively identify areas for improvement. Their primary deliverables will be to resolve escalated issues within SLA and while meeting customer service satisfaction metrics, and with the following additional goals: a) To reduce IR count and drive down costs by driving bug fixes or new features or functionality in the product b)by putting customer facing documentation in place to promote self-help capability, by identifying and modifying or eliminating alerts that have no value.<BR>4-5 years software testing experience in a Windows client/server environment. Experience in development and/or database administration experience using a Microsoft product (SQL Server 2005/2008). Experience with batch files and command-line Windows utilities may be needed. Some knowledge of software quality assurance practices. Ability to read logical and physical data model diagrams. Ability to read and write C/C++ needed. Knowledge of internal MS tools i.e. Product Studio, Code Coverage, WTT, TFS, ASI is great plus. Knowledge of Windows Server hardware may be needed. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Technical Certifications. Business/functional knowledge helpful<BR>-5 years experience working as Systems Administrator/Database Administrator, 24/7 working environment experience. With good understanding of Analysis Services, Reporting Services, IIS, Network Administration, programming language(s) and/or scripting.
