This finance team supports the Office SMB business for long and short term planning and analysis, quarterly business reviews, target setting, product launch planning, and identifying areas of growth. This role will be responsible for proactive strategic thinking and project specific analysis to solve challenging business questions, focusing on SMB segment or Non-annuity business. The role partners with marketing leaders in SMB segment to drive projects through financial analysis, executive discussions and decisions.<BR><BR>Responsibilities;<BR>Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis to provide health of business readouts and trends, and articulate those findings to the finance leadership and Office PMG business partners to support decision making.<BR>Business partnering: Partner with the SMB PMG to support product planning, revenue strategies and strategic decision making.<BR>Product planning: Support next version of Office planning in SMB space<BR>Rhythm of Business: conduct month/quarter end analyses of revenue and key performance indicators, develop quarterly forecast and target, and support business reviews.<BR>Financial modeling: Build robust, driver based financial models to guide decision-making on business structure, strategy, pricing, revenue, and strategic direction.<BR>Sub scorecard: Develop Office Deployment sub scorecard target, articulate drivers, support metric owner in engaging with areas and SMSG segments, develop reporting, and handle exceptions.<BR><BR>Requirements;<BR>5-8 years of financial experience with financial analysis, modeling, reporting, strategy.<BR>Ability to think strategically and communicate effectively with all levels of management and to influence the business partners.<BR>Strong business analytical and communication skills<BR>Strong attention to detail<BR>Ability to handle a high degree of ambiguity, and fast paced change management<BR>Knowledge of MS Sales and Volume Licensing reporting strongly preferred.<BR>Ability to manage multiple projects effectively at the same time and to work effectively under deadline constraints.<BR>MBA preferred<BR><BR>MOD Fin                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  </font></td>
