Business Process Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for all data management functions and aspects of the MS Sales reporting applications, including driving and support the business operations/data management. This includes ensuring the integrity, security, quality, and support of the tools. The ideal candidate will be able to leverage their own resources to identify and implement cost effective changes to existing systems/processes as well as collaborate with other groups to deliver solutions within tight timeframes. Because the position requires extensive interaction with other groups, you must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills while maintaining a positive can-do attitude.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>- Manage business operations of MS Sales from data validation through reporting<BR>- Understand the various dependencies and relationships across financial applications<BR>- Ensure integrity of all processes and data in the MS Sales financial applications<BR>- Work with cross system teams to improve data quality and data relevance<BR>- Implement business controls and review audits using SQL to ensure data quality<BR>- Team with internal and external business contacts to proactively respond to data and system issues<BR>- Engage with business owners to assist in the definition, interpretation, and implementation of system enhancements<BR>- Partner with various groups across Microsoft including corporate (BG/Segment/Planning) and Regional/Subsidiary engagement to ensure overall project and program success.<BR>- Partner with Product Management team and assist with design, implementation, and maintenance of solutions.<BR>- Collaborate with Analysis, Development, Test, Business Owners and Pr </font></td>
