We are a leading global aviation supplier designing, manufacturing, and distributing advanced electronic systems, products, and services to commercial, defense and space industries.<BR><BR>This position is located in Redmond, WA , no relocation is offered.<BR><BR>This position reports directly the Redmond, WA ISC Director and has a dotted line reporting relationship to the Americas Electronic Operations Center (AEOC) OP EX Director. This Operational Excellence Leader will be a key member of the team leading improvement programs for the Redmond Integrated Supply Chain. The responsibilities in this role are to drive significant improvement in the processes for Redmond ISC. The position will span a wide spectrum of responsibilities, including project management, process excellence initiatives, and administrative duties. This position will also be responsible for identifying key root causes for business/customer interface issues, define strategy, and implement global solutions using project management skills.<BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR>* Drive projects throughout ISC that improve processes and systems that support standard work within Honeywell Operating System (HOS) requirements<BR>* Manage and evolve the management operating systems, reviews/MOR?s, metrics, roles and responsibilities, weekly operational/SQP calls and Aerospace dashboard inputs<BR>* Identify and establish process improvement programs across the business in areas of operational performance, HOS, Lean roadmap, customer management and business processes<BR>* Coordination lead for annual operating plan (AOP) and strategic planning (STRAP) development with Redmond ISC Leadership.<BR>* Assist in site goal setting and deployment toward meeting customer excellence.<BR>* Participate in the HOS evolution activities with leadership team and the Site HOS Leader, as required<BR>* Excellent relationships with all levels of the matrix organization in the Aerospace Global Business Team to influence and drive change across the business<BR>* Support strategic roadmap of ISC capabilities and manage site capacity.<BR>* Interface with other functions to ensure capital requirements are defined; capital projects are implemented successfully, and associated budget planning/management.<BR>Basic Qualifications:<BR>* For Export Compliance, candidate must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management or Business required.<BR>* 5 years experience in Aerospace industry product.<BR>* 3 years experience as a project manager for major projects or product development.<BR>Additional Qualifications:<BR>* Experience </font></td>
