It will coordinate programs to ensure royalty accounting processes are complete and accurate to meet evolving business needs. The successful candidate will develop and manage with a focus on organizational excellence. This position requires the ability to establish and maintain strong business relationships with BG Finance leadership in addition to partnership with Solution Management, IT, Legal and others. The ability to handle fast paced change and complex issues is a must.<BR><BR>Key Responsibilities:<BR>Accountable for the royalty expense line on the P&L<BR>Responsible for supervision and resource management of Royalty Accountants.<BR>Ensure that all monthly accounting processes, including journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis are completed timely and accurately.<BR>Lead the monthly close and variance review meetings with BG Finance<BR>Drive the annual budget process<BR>Manage SOX and Controls liaison between FCG, Internal Audit and Controls and Compliance<BR>Manage integrity of accounting processes and data quality in Alliant<BR>Put in place and ensure that all functions are utilizing best practices and consistency around the new RSS Alliant system and Organization by driving improvements in variance analysis reporting, Alliant reporting and balance shee reconciliations that are beneficial to internal and external partners<BR>Work with the Business Analyst and others to on-board new business programs as they emerge. Identify and onboard royalty accounting processes as it relates to new businesss.<BR>Lend support and build relationships with the business. Serve as the single point of contract for BG Finance<BR>Participate in Contract Governance to ensure that contracts can be implemented<BR>Continuously revisit both quantitative and qualitative metrics and enhance measurements to define, develop, aggregate and monitor overall KPI''s.<BR>Drive continuous improvement through process and performance management<BR>Drive controls excellence by continuously assessing ongoing operations.<BR>Build strong relationships with key business partners and leaders to ensure open communication, thoughtful planning and prioritization, issue resolution and support of business needs.<BR><BR>Competency Requirements:<BR>Change Management: Ability to drive change by initiating and executing breakthrough ideas to take accounting function to a global environment<BR>Ability to manage conflict and negotiate resolution<BR>Cross-group collaboration, ability get results from partners and team leaders who may have different preference or priority.<BR>Strong analytic problem solving skills<BR><BR><BR>Requirements:<BR>Accounting degree or Relevant Experience<BR>7+ years of Accounting or Financial Operations experience<BR>Project Management Experience in a Accounting or Finance capacity required<BR>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently i                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    </font></td>
