We currently have an opening in our Customer Experience Immersion (CIE) program, where you will have the opportunity to setup the latest technology for customers to experience hands-on how this technology will assist them day-to-day. In this role, you will have the opportunity to perform the following job requirements.<BR><BR>* PC Hardware Installation ??? Install client computer Equipment (configure, verify network connectivity, ability to print, access email<BR>* Perform work on behalf of Tier 2 support organizations.<BR>* Hardware Break/Fix support<BR>* Hardware Peripheral Installation<BR>* Network connectivity support<BR>* Software installation and support: Troubleshoot and Resolve software issues for n and n-1 operating systems and Microsoft software applications.<BR>* Provide on-call Tier 1 support for presenters and attendees<BR>* Asset management and inventory tracking<BR>* Assist with day-to-day operations including the CIE data center<BR>* Operate and maintain CIE program equipment such as video teleconferencing, audio visual, etc.<BR>* Coordinate to ensure that conference room is customer-ready (e.g., cleaning service provided, wipe-down laptops, device batteries are charged, arrange catering etc.)Job Requirements<BR><BR>Desired Qualifications:<BR>??? 2-4 years experience within IT field<BR>??? In-depth experience with troubleshooting and installing Windows operating systems, networking equipment and software <BR>??? 3-4 years??? experience supporting, administrating and or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows Server platforms (2003/2008)<BR>??? 3-4 years??? experience performing network connectivity technology including TCP/IP, WINS, DHCP and DNS <BR>??? Experience with Sharepoint required<BR>??? Experience/Understanding of ticket management software <BR>??? Server+, Network+, A+, MCP towards 2008 MCSE certifications desired<BR>??? Strong knowledge of windows mobile devices<BR>???
