GENERAL SUMMARY: Performs a variety of technical duties using the appropriate standard practices required in the area. Requires workable knowledge of scientific and/or laboratory techniques. Works under general supervision. MAJOR DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Performs tests and measurement activities using established test methods or written protocols. 2. Compare results against predetermined limits and write clear and accurate test result reports. 3. Construct and maintain electrical and mechanical equipment. 4. Troubleshoot and fault isolate equipment. 5. Coordinate schedules within work group and with other departments. 6. Perform other related duties as required.
