               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A senior leadership role responsible for exceeding the company’s sales objectives for a defined market segment. This person will be responsible for leading field-based sales teams in the Nationals segments in the United States.  <BR><BR>This position reports to the SVP of North America Sales.<BR><BR><BR>Responsibilities:<BR><BR><BR>Directs the activities of Sales Directors to ensure that company sales objectives are exceeded.<BR>Develops and executes sales process and strategies that link prospect’s business challenges to Concur’s Employee Spend Management Solutions. <BR>Establishes department measurements to manage and report progress toward revenue plan goals.<BR>Assesses sales activities, costs, operations, and forecasts to determine sales progress and required improvements.<BR>Coaches Sales Directors to develop their sales management skills while maintaining accountability to execution. <BR>Maintains and protects Concur’s culture by hiring culturally aligned team members and leading by example.  <BR>Contributes as a strategic part of the sales executive leadership team.<BR>Maintains a strong executive level relationship with resellers and partners aligned with the responsible segment.<BR>Establishes and maintains processes that generate strong customer satisfaction.<BR>Effectively manages the group’s resources to spend within budget targets and assists in developing of the annual departmental budget.<BR>Provides value in complex negotiations and the closing of new business.  <BR>Assists in developing and maintaining business, sales and marketing plans. <BR>Accurately and consistently forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue numbers.<BR>Ensures the team effectively leverages sales tools and systems.<BR>Establishes feedback mechanisms from customers, prospects, and partners to the marketing department.<BR>Shares input with other departments in preparing sales tools, materials and technical publications.<BR>Identifies and supports opportunities for the training and professional development of department personnel.<BR>Regularly participates in sales and coaching calls.<BR>Provides the sales team an effective sales executive to leverage in the sales cycle.<BR>Provides regular informal and formal performance feedback to direct reports as well as skip-level interviews with management’s direct reports.<BR>Conducts performance appraisals in accordance with corporate guidelines.<BR>Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.<BR>Operates well in a fast paced, dynamic environment without requiring significant supervision.<BR>Position Requirements <BR><BR>Education, Experience & Training required:<BR><BR><BR>For more information please go to URL.</font></td>
