               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Accounts Payable Clerk<BR>Location: Washington-Renton<BR>Job Number:_20157<BR>Providence is calling a Accounts Payable Clerk to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.<BR>This position is responsible for opening and distributing mail, electronic scanning and routing of documents via workflow, processing tasks according to work unit procedures including invoices, entering, retrieving and verifying information from the computer system. May compose routine correspondence and compile routine reports. Organizes, maintains and distributes files and reports. Handles routine problems according to rules and precedent and orders office supplies.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Maintain timely and accurate electronic files of all invoices. Scan invoices directly into AP Imaging system, oversee the invoice routing process via workflow.<BR>* Perform routine maintenance of scanners to ensure best performance. Monitor scanner performance and report issues to support desk.<BR>* Verify OCR data extracted from Data Capture to invoice images for accuracy, update data as needed for proper upload into AP system.<BR>* Ensure punctual distribution and collection of all department correspondence (inter-office, u.s. mail).<BR>* Work directly with the AP Specialists and Vendor Team to verify accurate vendor creation and maintenance.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Equivalent of a High School diploma or GED<BR>* Minimum of one year of related experience, including use of computerized accounting system<BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
