               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Senior A/P Specialist:This person must have solid reporting skills, and experience building queries in Oracle or Peoplesoft.The position will be responsible for account reconciliations, looking up things and building and manipulating queries, must know how to build accurate databases so that the queries will be accurate. Will also have some data entry responsibilities (entering POs, etc).QUALIFICATIONSResponsible for processing properly authorized vendor invoices for payment. Education:High school diploma or GED.Licensures/Certifications:There are no legal requirements.Experience and Skills: One (1) year experience in the Accounts Payable department of a large, complex organization; proven ability to work well in a team environment.This position will be responsible initially for processing expense reports, must have strong verbal communication skills, be able to push back when high level managers try to expense items that don&#39;t qualify.Experience working with a large, integrated purchasing and Accounts Payable system (e.g., PeopleSoft, Lawson); 10-key calculator proficiency; word processing skills; proficiency with e-mail communication. The ability to perform basic mathematical computations of addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. The ability to work in a high volume environment while maintaining high quality standards, utilizing excellent problem solving skills.
