               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Analyst<BR><BR><BR>Maintain assigned departmental and system work flow documentation in support of internal and financial controls and in alignment with departmental transition to enterprise accounting improvements.<BR>2. In areas of responsibility, as well as the general enterprise environment, ensure proper financial and internal controls are maintained, as defined and assigned by management.<BR>3. Verification of all accounts receivable invoices issued and ensuring proper authorization and other supporting documentation, as required; Data entry of sales transactions where required to produce customer invoices and related transactions and documentation.<BR>4. Maintain proper customer profile data, including tax IDs, addresses and contact information.<BR>5. Issue customer statements, prepare and review AR aging and support customer collection activities. Review receivables regularly, calling for payment status on any overdue invoices.<BR>6. Work with Compliance Department to ensure proper documentation of contracts needed for sales transactions are available and on file.<BR>7. Participate in month end close activities, such as preparing accruals and reconciling GL accounts, as assigned. <BR>8. Using available reporting tools, such as excel and Great Plains/SmartLists, provide various reports and analyses as directed by the Supervisor.<BR>9.
