This is a fast pace, high volume and lots of traffics retail environment and must have a sense of urgency. The AV Sales Advisors will report to the AV Manager/Supervisor who will assign to setup TVs and Audio to demos on a daily basis, which also includes coordination, followup, volunteer and work with different departments and provide exception customer service for the customers. The Sales Advisors will be required to work on flexible shifts, weekends and work long hours to the benefit of the retail store hours.General Requirements:Audio Receivers, Speakers, BD 3D Players and Televisions<BR>* Experience in general Electronics is a plus<BR>* Knowledge to install a TV, AV Receivers, Speakers, Camera, internet TV<BR>* A good command in English: Spoken and written<BR>* Good personality. Willing to help customers<BR>* Commitment and ability to work on flexible shifts and days off and long hours, ability to provide lateral service to other department with a different job characteristicAudio AV Dept:<BR>* Knowledges in audio receivers, speaker and subwoofer systems and Amps, Biamp methods, Triamp methods.<BR>* Knowledges in Dolby and THX and audio wiring is a plus.Video (TVs) Dept:<BR>* Knowledgeable with different type of TVs (LED, LCD, Plasma & DLP)<BR>* Projection systems: Front, Rear, ceiling, with VGA, DVI, RGBHV and HDMI connections.<BR>* Video systems and formats:<BR>* <BR>* Knowledge of different DVD players, Blue-ray players, Digital players and Karaoke players<BR>* Switchers/Scalers/Converters: Data /Video switchers and scalers, Matrix Switches Seamless switchers, scan converters.RGBHV switchers.Educational Qualifications Required:<BR>* With 2 years experience in Audio Visual, Camera or Mobile Electronic with Certifications are a plus<BR>* 2 years experience in Customer Service or Advisor in a high pressure sales Retail environment in Audio-Visual and hands on experience in the following areas as given below<BR>* With at least two years compulsory experience in Audio Visual<BR>* OR<BR>* With 2 years compulsory experience in Audio Visual with Cyberscholar Certified Training                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                            </font></td>
