               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;"><b>NOTE:  <i>You DO NOT need to go to any WorkSource office to apply for this job.  Simply follow the directions in the narrative below.</i></b><BR><BR>A global leader in technology integration and solutions is seeking two (2) Requirement Analysts (RAs) to act as liaisons between the business analyst and the software development team.  RAs ensure quality consistency, and thoroughness, and are the primary documenter and reviewer of software requirements during the information gathering phase.  The RAs work with clients and business partners to understand their needs, vision, and strategy.  RAs define the foundation for the product development capturing detailed descriptions of user needs, program function, and steps required to develop or modify a software product.  Requirement Analysts are responsible for working with the business analysts to collect, track, and manage, and oversee functional and non-functional requirements. In addition, RAs are responsible for the analysis, traceability, and prioritization of the requirements. These positions will serve customers through the Puget Sound Region.<BR><BR><b>Job Duties:</b><BR>*  Lead a project team to gather current client business practices and needs to develop in depth functional and non-functional requirements.<BR>*  Elicit requirements via interviews, documents, and business analysis.<BR>*  Pursue and document detail for high-level business and user needs.<BR>*  Write detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.<BR>*  Write and/or supervise product release note content.<BR>*  Works closely with Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure all requirements have corresponding test scripts.<BR>*  Manage client relationships and expectations during the requirements gathering phase.<BR>*  Ensure the project team, including: engineers, architects, quality assurance analysts, documentation specialists and business analysts have clear, consistent, and testable requirements.<BR>*  Translate business problems into product and technology visions.<BR>*  Ensure that translated visions are in precise detail to support business requirements.<BR>*  Act as primary writer and analyst on several projects simultaneously.<BR>*  Provide guidance on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve the project objectives.<BR>*  Define quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints and other non-functional requirements.<BR><BR><b>Hours / Days / Schedule:</b><BR>Day shift: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., M-F<BR><BR><b>Job Requirements:</b><BR><i>Your resume must reflect the following qualifications to receive a referral:</i><BR>*  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field of study<BR>*  Five (5) years experience working as a Requirements Analyst<BR>*  Ability to manage documentation for more than one module team and meet release deadlines.<BR>*  Must be proficient in Windows, an expert in MS Office tools, know HTML and basic web design tools<BR>*  Employer conducts pre-employment drug screening, criminal background, credit and reference checks.<BR><BR><b>Preferred Qualifications:</b><BR>*  Specialized experience designing and documenting software requirements specifications<BR>*  Experience using requirement modeling methodology, such as UML<BR>*  Person with existing BI<BR>*  Department of Defense Active Security Clearance<BR>*  Professional certificates in the area of expertise <BR><BR><b>Salary / Wage / Benefits:</b><BR>$25.00- $50.00/hr, DOE/DOQ+ benefits (Medical, dental, and vision insurance; tuition reimbursement; child care assistance; paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave)<BR><BR><b>Closing Date / Deadline:</b><BR>Open until filled<BR><BR><b>TO APPLY: <BR>To apply for this position, please copy and paste the website address below into your internet address bar and click "Go".  Login or register as a new user; then on the main page search by job title (IT Requirments Analyst) check the box and click on "Apply Now" and upload your resume. <BR><BR>www.thebusinessconnection.net/jobs</b><BR><BR>You must leave the WorkSource website to apply for this position.</font></td>
