               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Organizational Development Analyst - Flexible Locations<BR>Location: Washington-Renton<BR>Job Number:_18026<BR>Providence is calling an Organizational Development Analyst to the Organizational Development team at Providence Health & Services in Alaska, California, Montana, Oregon, or Washington.<BR><BR>The organization development analyst is responsible for the maintenance, design, and support of several HR/OD web-based modules, including Success Factors (Performance Management, Goals, 360/Team Feedback, Development, and Succession Planning), workforce planning application, DDI/Opal and Kenexa employee engagement survey application for Providence Health & Services.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Provide technical and analytical support to OD and HR members, being main administrator to assigned applications.<BR>* Directly interface with internal customers to solve problems, get feedback, and anticipate needs.<BR>* Develop, implement, manage, train and monitor web-based modules, processes, programs and policies, including those related to workforce planning, talent and performance management, leadership development, retention, and employee engagement.<BR>* Actively lead in creating audit plans, schedules and testing of system upgrades and new configurations.<BR>* Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and provides guidance in making decisions for workforce planning.<BR>* Have responsibility for data analysis, spotting data trends, performing gap analysis, generating reports and communicating findings.<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Bachelor?s degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Human Resource Management, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field<BR>* Minimum of 3 years OD/HR experience and system/application support experience<BR>* Minimum of 1 year experience performing analytics<BR><BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Master?s Degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development or related field<BR>* <BR>Certification in Managing Organizational Transitions/Individual Transitions in Organizations, DDI Training Certification, HR Analytics, and GE CAP/Work Out Facilitation.<BR>* Experience in a multi-site healthcare environment<BR><BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services for all eight regions of Providence Health & Services from Alaska to California.
