<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LocationRenton, WA<BR>Security Clearance Required?No Security Clearance Requiredabout security clearance definitions<BR>Position Description<BR>The Supplier Management team supporting the 737 MAX has 2 open positions in Renton, WA to assist in leading the Supplier Management leaders of the Airframe, Systems, Propulsion and Integration IPTs. One position will report to the Supplier Management Airframe leader and one position will report to the Supplier Management Systems leader. These individuals will be responsible to manage development and production readiness plans, including the flight test conversion of hardware from red label to black label and, or evaluation of supplier''s integrated development schedules, and production readiness assessment information. The successful applicant will work closely with Supplier Management Core groups, IPTs and the 737 Program to ensure production hardware and red label parts are ordered and received in time to support program schedules, while maintaining compliance with Company procedures and regulatory requirements. Additionally, successful candidates will be responsible to ensure that 737NG to MAX transition plans are developed and successfully executed. Individuals should have strong skills in using all supplier health and risk monitoring tools currently in use by Supplier Management.<BR><BR>These individuals will develop, document and implement processes and systems in support of company goals. Individuals will update and track procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Will analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators. Individuals will communicate strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Will define, design, plan and deploy internal/external projects. Individuals will lead efforts to develop risk mitigation plans and resolve issues to high risk programs.<BR><BR>Successful candidates will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally. Supplier Management Procurement Agent operations experience required. The candidate must have excellent project management, problem solving and communication skills.
