<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LocationRenton, WA<BR>Security Clearance Required?No Security Clearance Requiredabout security clearance definitions<BR>Position Description<BR>The Supplier Management team supporting the 737 MAX has 4 open positions in Renton, WA to assist in leading the Supplier Management leaders of the Airframe, Systems, Propulsion and Integration Integrated Product Team (IPTs). These individuals will be responsible to develop, extract, analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal suppliers performance-to-plan, including but not limited to evaluation of suppliers integrated development schedules, and production readiness assessment information. In addition, these individuals will develop, document and implement processes and systems in support of the 737 MAX program and company goals. Individuals will update and track procurement plans for supply chain integration and procurement analysis. Individuals will analyze and prepare reports to measure key supplier and internal performance indicators. Individuals will communicate strategic initiatives, projects or procurement activities. Will define, design, plan and deploy internal/external projects. Individuals will lead efforts to development risk mitigation plans and resolve issues to high risk programs. Individuals should have strong skills in using all supplier health, risk monitoring and program management tools currently in use by Supplier Management.<BR><BR>Individuals will have a demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships with people at all levels, both internally and externally. Supplier Management Procurement Agent contracting and operations experience required. The candidate must have excellent project management, problem solving and communication skills.
