               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Staff Analyst<BR>Location: WA-Renton<BR><BR>PDS is seeking aStaff Analystfor an open position in Renton, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* With limited supervision, assemble data from multiple sources using applicable schedulesand technology to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., websites and training materials - videos & presentations) to internal customers.<BR>* With limited supervision, participate with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements.<BR>* Gather data from multiple sources to compile or create a variety of complex reports (e.g., periodic reviews, audit responses, budget and capital planning, metrics) for management reviews and tracking performance to plan.<BR>* Research and evaluate organizational administrative issues, identify options and recommend solutions to customers.<BR>* Be responsible for planning and executing a variety of support services including web design and maintenance, information sharing tools management (web, sharepoint / teamcenter, etc.) process documentation, and serves as representative/spokesperson for the organization. <BR>* Develop and maintain the project schedule and budget; monitor and track execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.<BR>* With limited supervision, assess, maintain and track training requirements and develop training plans based on skill assessments and organizational objectives.<BR>* Coordinate content development with the training organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers.<BR>* Deploy training (e.g., video, computer-based, web-based, instructor-led) by coordinating logistics and ensuring delivery to employees.<BR><BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* Experience with Adobe Captivate / similar software.<BR><BR><BR><BR><BR><BR>This position may require you to submit to and pass a drug test and/or background check.<BR>If this is a hands-on position, you may also be required to pass a safety and productivity examination.<BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. will comply with all applicable federal and state laws governing the use of such background checks and drug tests.<BR><BR><BR>PDS Tech, Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer - Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veteran (EOE M/F/D/V)<BR><BR>Founded in 1977, PDS Tech, Inc. is one of the nation&#39;s premier specialty staffing firms with 31 offices nationwide.
