<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Staff Analyst<BR>Location: WA-Renton<BR>PDS is seeking a Staff Analyst for an open position in Renton, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* Update P-8 producibility/seek and destroy initiative line of balance database with information from multiple sources.<BR>* Attend and run producibility/seek and destroy meetings to gather status.<BR>* Regularly review the database and ping focals for up-to-date status.<BR>* Input new producibility/seek and destroy ideas into the database (includes ideas submitted on paper forms, from Shipside Action Tracking (SAT) system, etc).<BR>* Run reports, create charts or presentation material for leadership team. Ensure the P-8 producibilty / Seek and Destroy visibility wall is up-to-date. Job requires going to Manufacturing Engineers (ME) or subject matter experts (SME) to get status.<BR>* Create Build Integration visibility packages for P-8 leadership reviews.<BR>* Maintain and keep up to date the Build Integration input to 737 Production Engineering (PE) stoplight/status charts.<BR>* Maintain 737 build plan visibility charts. <BR>* With limited supervision, assemble data from multiple sources using applicable schedules.<BR>* Apply knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations (e.g., export compliance, intellectual property agreements, etc.) and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials (e.g., proposals, briefings, management reviews, newsletters, status reports, technical papers, brochures) to customers (e.g., government, foreign entities, commercial businesses), partners, suppliers and employees.<BR>* With limited supervision, participate with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives (e.g., long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives and initiatives) to meet requirements.<BR>* Gather data from multiple sources to compile or create a variety of complex reports (e.g., periodic reviews, audit responses, budget and capital planning, metrics) for management reviews and tracking performance to plan.<BR>* Research and evaluate organizational administrative issues, identify options and recommend solutions to customers.<BR>* Consult on, and perform a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery, etc.) and serves as representative/spokesperson for the organization.<BR>* With limited supervision, develop, coordinate and continuously assess overall meeting/review architecture to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information.<BR>* Works with leadership to determine the purpose and content of each meeting/review, coordinate and develop executive level briefings and utilize appropriate technologies to enable global interaction/collaboration.<BR>* Provide design, logistics and facilitate large meetings/events.<BR>* With limited supervision, gather customer requirements (e.g., major tasks, deliverables, feasibility, life cyc </font></td>
