<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: Staff Analyst<BR>Location: WA-Renton<BR>PDS is seeking a Staff Analyst for an open position in Renton, WA.<BR><BR>In your role, you will:<BR>* Lead development and execution effort of HR metrics and reports.<BR>* Work with BCA HR staff and leaders and extended analytics network to provide thought leadership, strategy and expertise to move the data analytics function forward.<BR>* Manage the integration, quality and accuracy of deliverables and results, and continuously communicate to all stakeholders. <BR>* Partner with internal and external stakeholders in the creation of HR metrics, and provide proactive problem solving skills to address business challenges and issues.<BR>* Identify data patterns and trends; interpret and gain insight from vast quantities of structured and unstructured data, and communicate findings in practical and actionable terms.<BR>* Generate and compile complex reports and analysis, draw conclusions from data, and make recommendations.<BR>* Translate business requirements into actionable and scalable analytics requests.<BR>* Support analysis and interpretation of requests for HR Data to determine relevance, prevent addition of unwarranted customization and highlight possible areas of concern or improvement.<BR>* Extract data from existing HR and finance data sources and perform adhoc HR System queries.<BR>* Participate on project teams requiring HR data analytics and metrics. <BR>* For emergent HR data administration service requests; quickly and seamlessly respond to internal HR requests for data updates, compensation studies and analysis, EEO reporting and HR systems maintenance.<BR>* Proactively ensure accuracy of data and reports.<BR>* Research and evaluate organizational administrative issues, identify options and recommend solutions to internal team members.<BR>* Consult on, and performs a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery, etc.)<BR>* With limited supervision, develop, coordinate and continuously assess overall meeting/review architecture to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information.<BR>* With limited supervision, assess, maintain and track data reporting requirements and develop maintenance and server improvement plans based on resources available and organizational objectives.<BR>* Coordinate content development with the HR organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers. <BR><BR>* Contribute to organization's Lean initiatives, process improvement efforts, training, Lean maturity and assessment exercises especially when relevant to HR Systems maintenance.<BR>As our ideal candidate, you will meet the following requirements:<BR>* BA Degree, HR Experience preferred.
