               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">LocationRenton, WA<BR>Security Clearance Required?No Security Clearance Requiredabout security clearance definitions<BR>Position Description<BR>This assignment in Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) Group Offices Human Resources (HR) position consists of 50% data analytics and 50% maintenance and administration of HR data.<BR><BR>Data analytics: Successful candidate will lead development and execution of HR metrics and reporting. Work with BCA HR team, leaders and extended analytics network to provide strategy and expertise to move our data analytics forward. Manage integration, quality and accuracy of metrics deliverables and continuously communicate results to HR teammates and functional business partners. Build, generate and compile complex reports and analysis, interpret data, identify data patterns and trends, draw conclusions from data, and communicate recommendations and actionable items. Translate business requirements into actionable analytics requests. Support analysis and interpretation of requests for HR Data to determine relevance, prevent addition of unwarranted customization and highlight possible areas of concern or improvement. Participate on project teams requiring HR data metrics.<BR><BR>HR data administration: Manage service requests; quickly and seamlessly respond to internal HR requests for HR system data updates, compensation studies and analysis, EEO reporting and HR systems maintenance. Proactively research and evaluate organizational administrative issues, identify options and recommend solutions to internal team members. Consult and perform a variety of support services (e.g., web design and maintenance, computing security, communications, policy and procedure review, process documentation, asset management, forms design and delivery, etc.) Develop, coordinate and continuously assess overall meeting/review structure to ensure that visibility is provided on appropriate and required information. Assess, maintain and track data reporting requirements and develop maintenance and server improvement plans based on resources available and organizational objectives. Coordinates content development with the HR organization, subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers.
