Develops, maintains and ensures execution of project schedule and budget. Plans, coordinates and supports facility needs and requirements. Collaborates with senior management/ executive leadership to determine the purpose scope and content of organizational objectives. Performs with minimal direction and exercises considerable latitude with organizational leaders in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet requirements. Researches and evaluates complex organizational administrative issues, identifies options and recommends solutions to customers. Consults on, and guides others in the performance of a variety of support services and serves as representative/spokesperson for the organization. Conceptualizes, coordinates and develops executive level briefings. Provides project management support by analyzing and establishing goals that are aligned with organizational objectives. Leads the design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events. Develops advanced job practices, techniques and standards.<BR>Assists in facilitating appropriate use of process methods and tools within a structured or defined environment, such as team meetings and projects. Assists in collecting, analyzing and documenting workforce requirements Participates in documenting business processes and data models. Understanding of current Supply Chain Management & Operations strategic initiatives. Contributes to the completion of milestones associated with specific projects and implementation activities. Understands the customer''s processes.
