               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Title: System Analyst II<BR>Location: Washington-Renton<BR>Job Number:_16900<BR>Providence is calling a Systems Analyst II to Providence Health & Services in Renton, WA.<BR>The Systems Analyst II will be responsible for supporting the technical, operational and application needs for technology used in the support of the business missions of Senior and Community Services, which include Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Infusion and oral dose pharmacy, PACE programs, and supportive housing.<BR><BR>In this position you will:<BR>* Respond, communicate with users, prioritize, and resolve incidents according to customer support service level agreements, and manage issue escalation within the organization<BR>* Support application and technical projects for a specific service line of PSCS, or in support of PSCS shared services administration<BR>* Develop business-need analysis and specifications to integrate technical solutions into the business processes of PSCS service lines and shared services administration<BR>* Provide application system administration services in collaboration with other members of the PSCS Applications team, and other disciplines of IT<BR>* Innovate and be creative with ways to alternatively design new solutions or resolve issues; employ logic, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills to ascertain root cause of any issue, propose and implement solution options, and collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams to meet business needs in an effective and cost-efficient manner<BR>* Partner with business representatives and end-users to provide technical solutions, assistance, improve education or training, and/or to document functionality or work process modifications<BR>* Design, plan, and implement new configurations or modifications of existing solutions; create documentation and provide cross-training for the application analyst team and other IS teams to enhance end-user support<BR>* Advocate for IT to our PSCS customers, and for our customers to IT, and provide technical translation services as needed to ensure understanding that supports joint decisions and progress to shared goals<BR><BR>Qualifications:<BR><BR>Required qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Minimum of a Bachelor degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience<BR>* Minimum of one (1) year of relevant systems analyst experience<BR>* Ability to provide after-hours support to system users on a rotating on-call schedule<BR>Preferred qualifications for this position include:<BR>* Experience with electronic medical records<BR>* Experience in support of any of the service lines in the Senior and Community Services portfolio; Home Health, Hospice, Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, Infusion and oral dose pharmacy, PACE programs, and supportive housing.<BR>About the department you will serve.<BR>Providence Strategic and Management Services provides a variety of functional and system support services, including Information Technology, for all 5 states of Providence Health & Services from Alaska t                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              </font></td>
