Position requires daily review of Airline Logbook and Removal data load summaries, analyze and monitor data quality, quantity, and availability using our in-house reporting tools. Perform analysis on new or revised operator Logbook and Removal test files for problem identification and resolution or approval for production loading into ARMS, the only Reliability and Maintainability database in BCA. Position requires creating and maintaining operator ATA to Boeing ATA cross reference tables. Provides support to system/specialty engineers in defining requirements, performing analysis, and controlling associated data and information. Research, determine root cause, and coordinate the resolution or resolve any problems that are found with the submitted production data. Also responsible for the communication of changes, additions, and deletions to the logbook or removal data resources so as to keep the end-user community apprised of the usability/status of logbook or removal resources, good communication and customer relation skills to handle external questions from Airline customers and our internal Boeing customers are essential. Be involved in the prioritization of technical change request, providing details and analysis regarding various aspects of the data loads, processes, or data in general. Supports team to develop and maintain documents, processes, tools, and procedures.
