               <td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">A Banking Center Manager I is responsible for leading, coaching and managing the day-to-day aspects of running an efficient and productive banking center (branch) and creating a quality banking experience for our customers and clients. They are responsible for managing all aspects of a successful business including building, deepening and retaining customer/client relationships, minimizing risk, associate development and proficiency, operational excellence and managing partnerships, in an effort to meet and exceed performance targets. The Banking Center Manager I is typically responsible for managing a banking center with ten or less associates. Duties will include, but are not limited to: <BR><BR>Generating sales leads through community outreach activities and developing business partners, while building internal relationships. <BR><BR>Directly working with customers to build relationships, uncover and satisfy their needs through the sale of financial products and services, while running all aspects of an efficient and productive branch. <BR><BR>Spending a majority of time on the sales floor leading from the lobby, by greeting customers, directing them to the appropriate areas of the branch and ensuring that the customer's needs are met. <BR><BR>Ensuring the audit/compliance procedures of the center are followed, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. <BR><BR>Periodically communicating with upper management to review branch performance assessments and update staff on business developments. <BR><BR>Supervising and coaching teams on the proper behaviors, sales techniques, service expectations and compliance guidelines, while modeling the same. <BR><BR>Creating workforce stability by cultivating an engaged, enthusiastic, and well-coached team. <BR><BR>Ensuring completion of regulatory compliance and training specific to sales and service responsibilities for branch staff. <BR>• Managing difficult situations with customers and providing clients with information, data, and advice. <BR><BR>Required Skills:<BR><BR><BR>A minimum of three years recent experience leading, managing, motivating, and developing a team, including sales associates, to meet and exceed assigned goals, within a goal based environment <BR>Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems and prevent customer dissatisfaction <BR>Ability to effectively manage multiple responsibilities and priorities <BR>Proven record of sound decision making, balancing risk with customer/client needs and business goals <BR>Availability to work weekends and/or extended hours as required to run the business <BR>Pass pre-employment assessments <BR><BR><BR><BR>Desired Skills/Assets:<BR><BR>Bachelor’s degree <BR>Sales management experience in the following fields: banking/financial services, mortgage, retail or hospitality <BR>Bilingual (fluent verbal and written) skills <BR>Proficient with all Microsoft applications (Word, Outlook, Excel etc.)</font></td>
