Wage commensurate with experience.<BR><BR>We are currently in search of a qualified Clinic Manager,<BR>Purpose of Position: The Clinic Manager is an implementer and is accountable to the CEO.  Working with the CEO, the Clinic Manager has the responsibility, authority and accountability for the performance of the Republic and Curlew Medical.<BR><BR>Education/Training: Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or related clinical area or equivalent experience required. Affiliation with MGMA is highly recommended. Continued professional development courses in health care management required. <BR><BR>General Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the Clinic Manager include physician relations, communications, management of all non-provider staff (clinical matters may include direction from the affected provider), practice revenue cycle management, physical clinic, operations, education and training, supply inventory, etc.  Along with this authority comes the responsibility for financial performance, quality indicators, and patient satisfaction of assigned practice.<BR><BR>FCPHD is a drug-free, smoke-free workplace.
