Wage commensurate with experience.<BR><BR>We are currently in search of qualified Nursing Assistants who have successfully completed the NAC training program and hold a Washington State certification, and have two-years (2) experience (preferred).<BR><BR>Must have demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills, infection control, safety and emergency procedures, promoting patient/residents independence, respecting patient/resident rights, basic nursing and personal care skills, care of the cognitively impaired, basic restorative services and basics of mental health and social services. Good general health. Ability to deal positively in stressful situations. Demonstrated competency in interpersonal skills. Computer skills. Ability to multitask. Free of chemical substances use and criminal record. <BR><BR>Must be able to perform the body mechanics of the position, such as: periods of sitting, standing, walking, bending and/or stooping, twisting, reaching and lifting, pushing or pulling of objects (generally <50 lbs). Ability to maintain composure and diplomacy when dealing with unpleasant situations.
