<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Ferry County Public Hospital District #1 (FCPHD) is a rural critical-access hospital in Republic, WA, providing a variety of services, as well as a clinic in Republic and Curlew. Wage commensurate with experience.<BR><BR>We are currently in search of a qualified part time Unit Clerk/NA-C who have successfully completed the NAC training program and hold a Washington State certification, and have two-years (2) experience (preferred), and reception experience.<BR><BR>Primary responsibilities include: <BR><BR>Receptionist duties - including registration, answering phones, filing, assisting nursing staff with transfers, running reports and other duties as assigned.<BR><BR>Administrative assistance duties:<BR><BR>Working with nursing administration on filing, typing, special projects.<BR><BR>NA-C duties:<BR><BR>Assist nursing staff with patient care if census and acuity needs warrant extra staffing, deep cleaning.<BR><BR>Adhere to District and department policies. Promote achievement of District and department goals. Observe and enforce safety precautions for all District personnel, patients and visitors. Control resources and processes toward the attainment of optimum provision of service and cost. Practice within the scope of education, demonstrated competence, and NA-C experience. Provide care for the patient/resident utilizing current generally accepted NA-C skills and interventions. Collect data regarding the patient needs, environment, family that would provide early identification of discharge, and educational requirements, coordinating this information with appropriate department/agencies to assure continuity of care from admission to discharge. Promote interdepartmental cooperation. <BR><BR>This position reports to the Director of Nursing Staff.<BR><BR>FCPHD is a drug-free, smoke-free workplace.
