PMP Certification<BR>Specific Job Description Work within a dynamic technical team that serves multiple government agencies. Perform Microsoft Office Communication Server/Lync product management and project management activities in support of the organizations. Duties include: installation on servers / clients; troubleshooting and problem resolution; installation of OCS/Lync specific patches; conference bridge troubleshooting / problem resolution; OCS/Lync system maintenance and upgrade; act as primary point of contact for network operations center, service desk, and telephone operators for OCS/Lync and Conf. Bridge. Additional duties may include task in support of video teleconferencing and Microsoft Terminal Server. The position requires project management, communication, problem resolution, decision making, and cross-group collaboration skills as well as a strong commitment to excellence and enterprise, balanced and multidisciplinary perspective. The candidate must have the ability to present to multiple layers of management. Some travel may be required.<BR>Standard Job Description Designs, develops, programs, installs, implements, conducts research for, and maintains internal data processing computer systems and utilities, and/or for customers on a contract basis.
