<td align="left"><font style="font-size: 100%;">Description:<BR><BR>Work within a dynamic technical team that serves multiple government agencies. Each team member is expected to be self-motivated and self-directed in performing assigned duties. Perform Microsoft Office Communication Server/Lync product management and project management activities in support of an upgrade to Microsoft Lync, and operational aspects following deployment. <BR><BR>Duties Include: <BR><BR>Installation on servers / clients; troubleshooting and problem resolution; installation of OCS/Lync specific patches; conference bridge troubleshooting / problem resolution; OCS/Lync system maintenance and upgrade; act as primary point of contact for network operations center, service desk, and telephone operators for OCS/Lync and Conf. Bridge. Additional duties may include tasks in support of other enterprise applications such as Microsoft Terminal Server, VMware SocialCast, etc. The position requires project management, communication, problem resolution, decision making, and cross-organizational collaboration skills as well as a strong commitment to excellence and enterprise, balanced and multidisciplinary perspective.<BR><BR>Job Requirements:<BR><BR>Education:<BR><BR>Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline<BR><BR><BR>Minimum Qualifications:<BR><BR>-6 years overall IT experience<BR>-5 years of experience with the information system lifecycle (requirements through deployment)<BR>-Experience in operations and maintenance of enterprise technologies<BR>-Technical experience with maintaining Microsoft Office Communications Server (OCS)/LYNC<BR>-Proven oral and written communication skills<BR>-Successful integration and transition of new technologies<BR>-Experience with Server Operating Systems and technologies (Active Directory, IIS, media services)<BR>-Solid troubleshooting skills and ability to utilize broad IT base to pinpoint issues<BR>-Knowledge of security processes, policies, and products<BR>-Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools<BR>-Experience in working with and leading project teams<BR>-Effective communications skills and demonstrates transparency in his/her work<BR>-Ability to prioritize and multitask, but understands when to seek out help from managers or subject matter experts<BR>-Well organized and clearly documents all technical designs and procedures</font></td>
