ES&H professionals at Bechtel have a world of career opportunities, including:<BR><BR><BR><BR>Environmental Safety & Health <BR><BR>Safety Systems Engineering <BR><BR>Quality Assurance <BR><BR>Locations will vary based on project needs, and include Frederick, MD, Houston, TX and Reston, VA, among others.<BR><BR><BR><BR>General Job Duties<BR><BR><BR><BR>ES&H professionals are typically responsible for:<BR><BR><BR><BR>Integrating environmental, safety and health requirements into the planning, permitting, design and construction execution documents for projects <BR><BR>Interpreting company, local and national regulatory requirements <BR><BR>Evaluating and applying specialized scientific principles to formulate project scopes and plans <BR><BR>Providing specialized environments, safety and health information in engineering and construction projects <BR><BR>Basic Qualifications<BR><BR><BR><BR>Bachelors degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health & Science, Fire Protection & Safety Technology, Health & Safety Management or related field, completed no later than Spring 2013 and no more than 12 months prior to Spring 2013 <BR><BR>Possess the eligibility to work and remain in the U.S. without sponsorship <BR><BR>Ability and willingness to relocate and/or travel to domestic and/or international project jobsites <BR><BR>Preferred Qualifications<BR><BR><BR><BR>Masters degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Health & Science, Fire Protection & Safety Technology, Health & Safety Management or related field, completed no later than Spring 2013 and no more than 12 months prior to Spring 2013 <BR><BR>Completed relevant coursework with a strong GPA <BR><BR>Prior co-op or internship experience <BR><BR>Excellent written and oral communication skills <BR><BR>The vision to build a better world<BR><BR><BR><BR>Bechtel is among the most respected engineering, procurement, and construction companies in the world.
